Employment Insurance - http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca - Apply online for EI, can apply for EI two weeks after last day worked

Canada Pension Disability - http://www.sdc.gc.ca/asp/gateway.asp?hr=en/isp/cpp/disaben.shtml&hs=cpr  - To qualify must have payed into CPP for the last 4 out of 6 years.  However exceptions are made for special circumstances.
